About the Project

I-69 Finish Line is the sixth and final section of the new Interstate 69 connection between Evansville and Indianapolis. It will begin in Martinsville and end at I-465 in Indianapolis. The $1.5 billion project includes more than 26 miles of new interstate highway, more than 35 lane-miles of new local access roads, 39 new bridges and 35 existing bridges will be rehabilitated or replaced. It’s expected to open to traffic by the end of 2024.
