The I-69 Finish Line team welcomes the opportunity to present project updates to stakeholders, including civic organizations, neighborhood associations and others. Presentation requests should be submitted at least 30 days in advance and include the following information.
- Date, time and location
- In-person or virtual
- Number of attendees expected
- Specific topics to address
- Presentation duration
- On-site A/V capabilities (if in person)
- Contact name and information
Expect a response to the presentation request within 3 business days of receipt. If a presentation can’t be accommodated, project information will be provided to the group. Presentations are not a forum for the public to submit official comments, and comments received will not be recorded.
All in-person presentations must meet local, state and CDC recommended COVID-19 guidelines, including social distancing and facility capacity recommendations.
