MORGAN COUNTY, Ind. (March 20, 2020) – State Road 37 southbound traffic is expected to stop for a short time between 9 and 10 a.m. on Saturday to move a crane into the median near Egbert Road.
Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) contractors are beginning to build overpasses and access roads along the highway between Martinsville and S.R. 144 in Morgan County.
The S.R. 37 speed limit in this area is being reduced to 45 mph, and drivers should stay alert and drive carefully in work zones. Watch for temporary lane closures and construction equipment entering and exiting the highway.
