Minor construction activities are continuing throughout spring and summer 2025 to officially complete the I-69 Finish Line project.
Upcoming Traffic Alerts:
- The exit ramp from westbound I-465 to S.R. 67/Kentucky Avenue will close at 9 p.m. on Friday, May 30, for pavement work. The ramp will reopen by 5 a.m. on Saturday, May 31.
- Southbound and northbound Meridian Street under I-465 will have a single right-lane closure from 9 a.m. on Monday, June 2, through 3 p.m. on Friday, June 13, for curb work. The lane closure will extend from David Lind Drive to Southern Plaza Drive. One lane will remain open in both directions during this work.
- Various lane and/or shoulder closures are possible throughout the project limits for final construction and inspection activities. Road-striping operations will require mobile closures.
- Nightly lane closures are expected on eastbound and westbound I-465 from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. starting Monday, June 2, through Saturday, June 7.
- Daytime shoulder closures are expected throughout the project this week.
Motorists are reminded to slow down, use extra caution, and drive distraction-free in and near work zones. All work is weather-dependent, and schedules are subject to change.
